Milk Thistle (Silymarin) for Liver Support

Silymarin works as an antioxidant, which means it helps protect cells from everyday wear. It also supports glutathione, the main antioxidant the liver makes to protect its own cells.

Milk thistle is traditionally used to support bile flow. Bile is the fluid the liver makes to help the body break down fats from food.

Purezen uses milk thistle seed extract standardized to 80% silymarin. Standardized means every batch is made to contain the same level of the active compound.

One serving of Liv-It-Up (2 capsules) gives 400 mg of this extract.

In Liv-It-Up, take 2 capsules a day: one after breakfast and one after lunch. Take it daily for at least 3 months, alongside a balanced diet and plenty of water.
