FAQ

What should an antioxidant supplement contain?

Antioxidants work in different parts of the body. Vitamin C works in water, vitamin E, astaxanthin and lutein work in fats, and NAC, alpha lipoic acid and selenium help the body make its own antioxidants. OxiShield covers all three groups.

Is OxiShield an anti ageing supplement?

Yes, in the sense of supporting healthy ageing. Its ingredients are traditionally used to support the body against the everyday wear that comes with age, pollution and stress. It does not turn back the clock, and works best with good food, sleep and exercise.

How much astaxanthin is in OxiShield?

4 mg of astaxanthin per day, a commonly used amount, along with 200 mg NAC, 100 mg alpha lipoic acid, 50 mg resveratrol and 13 other ingredients.

Antioxidant supplement kyon lena chahiye?

Pradushan, stress aur processed khaana sharir mein free radicals badhate hain. Astaxanthin, NAC aur green tea jaise antioxidants paramparik roop se sharir ki apni suraksha ko support karne ke liye istemal hote hain. OxiShield mein 17 aise ingredients ek saath hain.

What is OxiShield used for?

OxiShield brings together antioxidants including Astaxanthin, Lycopene, Lutein, Alpha Lipoic Acid and NAC, traditionally used to support the body's own defences against everyday oxidative stress.

Is OxiShield safe for long-term use?

It is made for daily use over months rather than as a short course. Stick to two capsules a day, and speak to your doctor first if you have an existing condition or take regular medication.

How long does it take to see results?

Antioxidant support is not something you feel overnight. Give it 4 to 6 weeks, and 3 months for the full picture.

Can OxiShield be taken with other supplements or medications?

Usually yes. If you already take an antioxidant supplement or any regular medication, check with your doctor first so you are not doubling up.

Should I take OxiShield even if I feel healthy?

You can. Antioxidant support is about keeping up with everyday wear rather than fixing something that has already gone wrong.

Is there anything to check before taking OxiShield?

If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients, or an existing health condition, speak to your doctor before starting.

Can OxiShield be used by children?

No. OxiShield is for adults. It is not recommended for anyone under 18 without medical advice.

What is the shelf life and expiry date?

18 months from the date of manufacture. The batch and expiry are printed on the pack. Once you break the seal, use it within 60 days.

Is this product vegetarian or non-vegetarian?

Eight of our ten products are vegetarian, in a vegetable capsule shell. GlowGetter and RootCause are marked non-vegetarian for two reasons: they contain marine collagen, and they use a gelatin capsule shell. We mark them as FSSAI requires.

Diet and lifestyle for cellular health
  • Eat antioxidant-rich food: Berries, leafy greens and citrus carry the antioxidants the body uses to keep up with everyday oxidative stress.
  • Cut processed and sugary food: Less of it means less oxidative load to keep up with.
  • Drink water: Hydration supports the body's own clearing processes.
  • Exercise, but recover too: Movement helps. Training hard without recovery adds oxidative stress instead of reducing it.
  • Add healthy fats: Salmon, walnuts and flaxseed carry omega-3s, which work alongside what OxiShield does.
  • Go easy on alcohol, skip smoking: Both add to free radical exposure.
  • Reduce pollution exposure: An air purifier indoors and plainer cleaning products both help.
  • Sleep 7 to 8 hours: Cell repair happens overnight.
  • Listen to your body: Fatigue that does not lift is worth seeing a doctor about rather than supplementing around.
