Triphala is a traditional blend of three dried fruits: amla, haritaki and bibhitaki.

Triphala is traditionally used to support digestion and regular bowel movements.

In Liv-It-Up, triphala works alongside milk thistle and other herbs traditionally used to support the liver.

One serving of Liv-It-Up (2 capsules) gives 80 mg of triphala.

In Liv-It-Up, take 2 capsules a day: one after breakfast and one after lunch. Take it daily for at least 3 months, alongside a balanced diet and plenty of water.

Every batch of our products comes with a Certificate of Analysis, a lab report confirming what is inside. The finished product is also tested at a NABL-accredited lab. See the current batch report on the Liv-It-Up page.

Triphala can loosen stools in some people. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing, take regular medication, or have a medical condition.
