Data Deletion Request

Purezen Health Solutions Private Limited respects your privacy. If you have used the Purezen Essentials App (Meta/Facebook Login or WhatsApp/Meta integrations) and would like to request deletion of your personal data associated with the app, you can do so using the steps below.

1. What data may be collected

Depending on how you interacted with the app, we may store limited information such as:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (if shared)

  • Meta user ID / Page ID (for integration purposes)

  • Messages or interaction metadata (only if applicable)

2. How to request deletion

Please email us from the email ID you used with the app and include the following details:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request – Purezen Essentials App

  • Your full name

  • Email address used with Meta/Facebook (if applicable)

  • Phone number (if applicable)

  • Any relevant screenshot or reference (optional)

3. What happens after you submit the request

  • We will verify your request to prevent unauthorized deletion.

  • We will delete or anonymize your personal data associated with the app from our systems, unless we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or compliance reasons.

4. Deletion timeline

We typically complete deletion within 7–14 business days of receiving a valid request.

5. If you only want to remove app access

If you want to revoke the app’s access immediately, you can also remove it from your Meta account:

  • Go to Facebook Settings

  • Apps and Websites

  • Find Purezen Essentials App

  • Click Remove
