Description

MindBoost: Clearer thinking, day after day
Mental sharpness starts from the inside. Productivity tricks help, but constant stress and endless multitasking wear down the brain's own resilience, and focus is usually the first thing to go. MindBoost brings together botanicals, amino acids and B vitamins traditionally used to support focus, memory and mental energy.

What’s it for?
  • Focus and mental clarity: N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine and L-Theanine are traditionally used to support concentration without the jitters.
  • Long-term cognitive support: EPA and DHA are structural fats the brain is built from, and Choline and L-Serine support the chemistry behind memory.
  • A calmer mind: Shankhpushpi and Jatamansi are traditionally used to settle mental stress, while Ginkgo Biloba supports blood flow to the brain.
How do I take them?

Two capsules a day, one after each of two meals. Most people take one after breakfast and one after lunch.

Give it at least 3 months of daily use. That is roughly how long it takes to notice a difference in focus and memory.

It works best alongside a balanced diet, proper hydration and real breaks from screens.

Worth knowing: it is also part of the Mental Well-being Bundle. Bundle options are below.

Caution: Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. May contain traces of allergens such as nuts and milk due to cross-contamination. Stop use if any adverse reaction occurs.

FAQ

Why is cognitive health important?

Focus, memory and mental clarity all depend on how well the brain is looked after. Supporting it helps you stay sharp through a demanding day and handle stress without running on empty.

What is MindBoost used for?

MindBoost brings together botanicals, amino acids and B vitamins traditionally used to support focus, memory and mental energy, and to help the body cope with everyday stress.

Is MindBoost safe for long-term use?

It is made for daily use over months rather than as a short course. Stick to two capsules a day, and speak to your doctor first if you have an existing condition or take regular medication.

How long does it take to see results?

Most people notice a difference in focus within a few weeks. Give it 4 to 6 weeks before judging it, and 3 months for the full picture.

Can MindBoost be taken with other supplements or medications?

Usually yes. If you take anything that affects mood, sleep or focus, check with your doctor first.

Should I take MindBoost if I have no memory or focus issues?

You can. It supports focus and mental energy generally, not only when something already feels wrong.

Is there anything to check before taking MindBoost?

If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients, or an existing health condition, speak to your doctor before starting.

Can MindBoost be used by children?

No. MindBoost is for adults. It is not recommended for anyone under 18 without medical advice.

What is the shelf life and expiry date?

18 months from the date of manufacture. The batch and expiry are printed on the pack. Once you break the seal, use it within 60 days.

Is this product vegetarian or non-vegetarian?

Eight of our ten products are vegetarian, in a vegetable capsule shell. GlowGetter and RootCause are marked non-vegetarian for two reasons: they contain marine collagen, and they use a gelatin capsule shell. We mark them as FSSAI requires.

Diet and lifestyle for focus
  • Eat for the brain: Oily fish, leafy greens, nuts and berries supply the omega-3s, antioxidants and B vitamins the brain runs on.
  • Drink water: Even mild dehydration makes concentration harder. Keep water going through the day rather than all at once.
  • Go easy on sugar: Refined sugar and processed food give you the crash that follows the boost. Whole foods hold steadier.
  • Move: Exercise increases blood flow to the brain. A walk counts.
  • Sleep 7 to 8 hours: Memory is consolidated while you sleep. Short nights show up as brain fog the next day.
  • Take real breaks: Screens all day without a pause is what mental fatigue is made of. Step away every hour or so.
  • Manage stress: Stress that runs for weeks makes focus harder. Meditation, breathing or yoga all work, whichever you will actually do.
  • Get checked: If memory or clarity changes noticeably, see a doctor rather than waiting it out.
