Description

Liv-It-Up: Looking after the organ that looks after you
The liver processes everything you eat and drink, and it rarely gets any attention until something shows up on a test. Liv-It-Up brings together Ayurvedic herbs and nutrients traditionally used to support healthy liver function and digestion.

What’s it for?
  • Liver support: Milk Thistle, Kutki and Bhumi Amla are traditionally used to support the liver's everyday work.
  • Everyday inflammation: Turmeric, Licorice and Berberine are traditionally used to support the body's inflammatory response.
  • Fat metabolism: Inulin and Triphala support digestion, while Amla works as an antioxidant.
  • Nutritional balance: Vitamin D3, Vitamin E and Arjuna round out the formulation.
How do I take them?

Two capsules a day, one after each of two meals. Most people take one after breakfast and one after lunch.

Give it at least 3 months of daily use. Liver markers take time to shift.

It works best alongside a balanced diet and staying well hydrated.

Worth knowing: it is also part of the OrganCare Bundle. Bundle options are below.

FAQ

Why is liver health so important?

The liver processes everything you eat and drink, handles fats and nutrients, and filters out what the body does not need. It works quietly and rarely gets any attention until something shows up on a test.

What is Liv-It-Up used for?

Liv-It-Up brings together Ayurvedic herbs and nutrients traditionally used to support healthy liver function and digestion.

I have fatty liver. Can I take Liv-It-Up?

Fatty liver is a medical diagnosis and needs medical care. Liv-It-Up is a food supplement, not a treatment, and it is not a substitute for what your doctor has advised. Some of its ingredients, such as Milk Thistle and Kutki, are traditionally used to support liver function, which is why people take it alongside medical care. Speak to your doctor before you start.

How long does it take to see results?

Most people notice a difference in energy and digestion within 4 to 6 weeks. Give it 3 months for the full picture, since liver markers move slowly. Stop taking it and speak to a doctor if anything feels off.

Can Liv-It-Up be taken with other medications or supplements?

Check with your doctor first if you take anything for your liver, or any regular medication. The research references behind the formulation are listed below.

Is Liv-It-Up safe for long-term use?

It is made for daily use over months rather than as a short course. Stick to two capsules a day, and speak to your doctor first if you have an existing condition or take regular medication.

If I have no liver condition, should I still take Liv-It-Up?

You can. The liver processes what you eat, drink and breathe every day, whether or not anything has gone wrong. Liv-It-Up is traditionally used to support that everyday work.

Is there anything to check before taking Liv-It-Up?

If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients, do not take it. If you have an existing liver condition, speak to your doctor before starting.

Can children take Liv-It-Up?

No. It has not been tested in anyone under 18 and should not be given to children.

Does Liv-It-Up affect the kidneys?

It is not known to act on the kidneys. If you have a kidney condition, speak to your doctor before starting, as you would with any supplement.

What is the shelf life and expiry date?

18 months from the date of manufacture. The batch and expiry are printed on the pack. Once you break the seal, use it within 60 days.

Is this product vegetarian or non-vegetarian?

Eight of our ten products are vegetarian, in a vegetable capsule shell. GlowGetter and RootCause are marked non-vegetarian for two reasons: they contain marine collagen, and they use a gelatin capsule shell. We mark them as FSSAI requires.

Diet and lifestyle for liver health
  • Eat your greens: Broccoli, kale and Brussels sprouts, plus berries and citrus, give the liver what it uses for its everyday work.
  • Skip processed food: Fried snacks, packaged meals and canned goods give the liver more to handle, not less.
  • Drink water: 8 to 10 glasses a day. Lemon or cucumber if plain water bores you.
  • Move 30 minutes a day: Brisk walking, yoga or cycling. Circulation helps everything the liver does.
  • Go easy on alcohol and caffeine: Alcohol is the single biggest thing you can change here. Keep caffeine to about two cups.
  • Sleep 7 to 8 hours: Repair happens overnight, and it needs the night uninterrupted.
  • Cut toxin exposure: An air purifier indoors, plainer cleaning products, and no smoking.
  • Cook with garlic and turmeric: Along with beetroot and greens, these are the everyday foods traditionally used for liver support.
  • Get tested: A liver function panel once a year tells you more than how you feel.
  • Know the signs: Fatigue that does not lift, yellowing skin or pain in the upper right abdomen are reasons to see a doctor promptly.
