Description

HerBalance: Steadier days, month to month
PMOS, previously called PCOS, and PMS bring a mix of things that are hard to plan around. Irregular cycles, low energy, mood that shifts without warning. HerBalance brings together inositols, Ayurvedic herbs and nutrients traditionally used to support hormonal balance and comfort through the month.

What’s it for?
  • Hormonal balance and cycle support: Myo-inositol and D-Chiro Inositol are traditionally used to support insulin sensitivity, which sits behind a lot of hormonal balance.
  • Mood and comfort: Chasteberry and Shatavari are traditionally used to ease PMS discomfort and support steadier mood.
  • Metabolic support: Cinnamon is traditionally used to support insulin function and the body's response to everyday inflammation.
How do I take them?

Two capsules a day, one after each of two meals. Most people take one after breakfast and one after lunch.

Give it at least 3 months of daily use. Cycles usually need two or three of them before a pattern is clear.

It works best alongside a balanced diet, regular movement and some way of managing stress.

Caution: Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. May contain traces of allergens such as nuts and milk due to cross-contamination. Stop use if any adverse reaction occurs.

FAQ

Why is hormonal balance important?

Hormones set the rhythm for cycles, mood and energy. When they are steady, most of it runs in the background. When they are not, it affects almost everything.

What is HerBalance used for?

HerBalance brings together inositols, Ayurvedic herbs and nutrients traditionally used to support hormonal balance and comfort through the month.

Is HerBalance safe for long-term use?

It is made for daily use over months rather than as a short course. Stick to two capsules a day, and speak to your doctor first if you have an existing condition or take regular medication.

How long does it take to see results?

Cycles take time. Give it at least 3 months, since most people need two or three cycles before a pattern is clear.

Can HerBalance be taken with other supplements or medications?

Check with your doctor first if you take hormonal medication, including the contraceptive pill or anything prescribed for your cycle. Several of the ingredients act on the same pathways.

Should I take HerBalance if I have no PMOS symptoms?

You can. It supports hormonal balance and cycle comfort generally, not only where there is a diagnosis.

Is there anything to check before taking HerBalance?

If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients, or an existing health condition, speak to your doctor before starting. If you are pregnant or trying to conceive, check first, since several of the ingredients act on hormones.

Can children take HerBalance?

No. HerBalance is for adults. It is not recommended for anyone under 18 without medical advice.

What is the shelf life and expiry date?

18 months from the date of manufacture. The batch and expiry are printed on the pack. Once you break the seal, use it within 60 days.

Is this product vegetarian or non-vegetarian?

Eight of our ten products are vegetarian, in a vegetable capsule shell. GlowGetter and RootCause are marked non-vegetarian for two reasons: they contain marine collagen, and they use a gelatin capsule shell. We mark them as FSSAI requires.

Diet and lifestyle for hormonal balance
  • Eat for hormones: Leafy greens, berries, nuts, seeds and oily fish supply the fibre, antioxidants and fatty acids that hormones are built and cleared with.
  • Drink water: Hydration supports metabolism, and a glass before meals helps with portion size.
  • Cut sugar and refined carbs: Steadier blood sugar and insulin makes for steadier hormones.
  • Move regularly: Exercise supports insulin sensitivity. Strength training, cardio or yoga all count.
  • Sleep 7 to 8 hours: Most hormone regulation happens overnight. Short sleep shows up in the next cycle.
  • Go easy on alcohol, skip smoking: Alcohol interferes with hormonal balance and smoking adds oxidative stress.
  • Manage stress: Stress hormones do not stay in their own lane. Meditation, breathing or stretching all help.
  • Eat at regular times: Balanced meals with protein, healthy fat and fibre keep energy and blood sugar steady through the day.
  • Get checked: Regular check-ups tell you what is actually shifting, which is more useful than tracking how you feel.
