Description

SleepStory: Rest that actually restores
Sleep is when the body repairs itself. Stress, screens and late schedules get in the way of that more often than most of us admit. SleepStory brings together herbs, amino acids and minerals traditionally used to help the body settle at night and wake up without the heaviness.

What’s it for?
  • Winding down: Chamomile, Passion Flower and L-Theanine are traditionally used to quiet an overactive mind so the body is ready for sleep.
  • Deeper sleep: Magnesium, Glycine and Valerian Root are traditionally used to support staying asleep and waking without the heaviness.
  • Sleep timing: Melatonin, L-Tryptophan and Vitamin B6 support the body's natural sleep and wake cycle.
How do I take them?

Two capsules a day, after dinner, 30 minutes to an hour before bed.

Give it at least 3 months of nightly use. Sleep takes time to settle into a steadier pattern.

Important: Do not take it with alcohol, and do not drive or use machinery after taking it.

It works best alongside a calm bedtime routine and no caffeine in the evening.

Worth knowing: it is also part of the Mental Well-being Bundle. Bundle options are below.

Caution: Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. May contain traces of allergens such as nuts and milk due to cross-contamination. Stop use if any adverse reaction occurs.

FAQ

Why is quality sleep important?

Sleep is when the body repairs itself. It affects mood, immunity, appetite and how clearly you think the next day. Poor sleep shows up in all of them.

What is SleepStory used for?

SleepStory brings together herbs, amino acids and minerals traditionally used to help the body settle at night and support deeper, steadier sleep.

Is SleepStory safe to take long-term?

It is made for nightly use over months rather than as a short course. Stick to two capsules a day, and speak to your doctor first if you have an existing condition or take regular medication.

How long does it take to see results?

Some people sleep better within the first few nights. Give it 4 to 6 weeks before judging it, and 3 months for the full picture.

Can SleepStory be taken with other supplements or medications?

Usually yes. If you already take a sleep aid, a sedative or any regular medication, check with your doctor first. Do not take it with alcohol.

Should I take SleepStory if I have no trouble sleeping?

You can. It supports winding down and steadier sleep generally, not only when sleep has already become a problem.

Is there anything to check before taking SleepStory?

If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients, or an existing health condition, speak to your doctor before starting. Do not drive or use machinery after taking it.

Can SleepStory be used by children?

No. SleepStory is for adults. It is not recommended for anyone under 18 without medical advice.

What is the shelf life and expiry date?

18 months from the date of manufacture. The batch and expiry are printed on the pack. Once you break the seal, use it within 60 days.

Is this product vegetarian or non-vegetarian?

Eight of our ten products are vegetarian, in a vegetable capsule shell. GlowGetter and RootCause are marked non-vegetarian for two reasons: they contain marine collagen, and they use a gelatin capsule shell. We mark them as FSSAI requires.

Diet and lifestyle for better sleep
  • Eat for sleep: Leafy greens, nuts and tart cherries carry magnesium, tryptophan and melatonin.
  • Cut evening caffeine: Caffeine stays in the system for hours. Keep it to the morning.
  • Hydrate, but not late: Drink through the day and ease off near bedtime so you are not up at 3am.
  • Exercise earlier: Movement helps sleep, but a late workout leaves the body too switched on.
  • Build a wind-down routine: Reading or slow breathing tells the body the day is over. Same time each night helps.
  • Go easy on alcohol: It makes you drowsy first and then breaks up the second half of the night.
  • Put screens away: Blue light holds back melatonin. An hour without a screen before bed makes a difference.
  • Fix the room: Dark, quiet and cool. Most bedrooms are kept too warm.
  • Listen to your body: If sleep problems carry on, see a doctor rather than managing it alone.
